Returns & Refunds Policy

At ALFIA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

We accept returns of unopened, unused, and factory-sealed products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return: The product must be unopened and unused The safety seal must be intact The item must be returned in its original packaging Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Opened or used products Products with damaged or missing safety seals Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage Clearance or promotional items (if marked as final sale) Gift cards

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include: Your order number Clear photos of the product and packaging We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, please return it according to this policy and place a new order separately.

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
